Kit with all components to build a rotorcard for ERC-M

  • to be mounted inside the control-box for 1 rotator
  • PCB-size: 68mm x 44mm
  • input: 6-pin-mini-DIN connector with cable to ERC-M
  • DC-supply 10..15VDC/120mA through ERC-M
  • output: 3x DPDT-relays for CW/UP, CCW/DWN, AUX through terminal-blocks
    • CW/CCW/UP/DWN: 50VAC/3A or 30VDC/2.5A
    • AUX: 230VAC/3A
  • overvoltage-protection for voltage-bursts coming over the rotor-cable

Includes:

  • all components needed to build the rotor-card
  • cable with 6-pin mini-DIN-connector to connect to ERC-M
  • cables and cable-ties for wiring inside the control-box
  • mounting-angles to mount the PCB into a control-box

Does not include ERC-M USB or ERC-M RS232.

ERC-M can be used to control azimuth, azimuth&elevation or DUAL-azimuth antenna-systems for the HAM-operator. The controller was checked with the most popular logging or tracking-programs or with rotor-control-programs who communicate with such applications by DDE.
You can use ERC-M to directly connect the control-boxes that have a remote-connector or to (most) any other rotators (including homebrew-systems) by use of rotorcards
. Any combination of rotators is valid.
